In order to increase my booking chances, I hereby place an order with the agency "TOPMODELCAST LLC" with the commercial register number "FN 540537 h" to present and place me at my own request by means of an online profile / booking card via the Internet to reputable customers in the fashion and advertising industry (e.g. photographers, advertising agencies, film productions, fashion magazines, event agencies). I therefore undertake to pay a one-off activation fee in the amount of Euro 100
For persons under 18 years old, the contract must be signed by a parent or guardian / legal representative.
The agency "TOPMODELCAST GmbH" undertakes to start my presentation and placement of immediately after receipt of this agency contract. I undertake to pay the one-time activation fee in the amount of Euro 100 within the next 14 days. Immediately after payment, I receive the personal password / login for the international model portal www.topmodel-cast.com
The agency "TOPMODELCAST GMBH" specializes in the placement of photo and advertising models between the ages of 18 and 99. Persons under 18 years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOPMODELCAST GmbH
The subject of the agreement between the model and the agency TOPMODELCAST GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "topmodelcast) are the following listed services.

Your own password / login to manage your photos and data on our model portal
Support and assistance with all your questions about the modeling business and jobs
Sed card as a PDF file ready for sending

Internet rental of the online profile / booking card for the entire contract period (at least 12 months)
Presentation of the online profile on the Internet at www.topmodel-cast.com with your own password
You can present and manage up to 100 photos yourself
You can present and manage short videos yourself
You can change and manage all personal data yourself at any time
Photo gallery with up to 100 MB of photos
Video gallery
All data can be edited 24 hours a day, and your profile is online 24 hours a day
Inclusion in the search mask (highest data protection)
This agreement is concluded for a term of 12 months and begins with the day of the transfer of the agency contract by the model, whereby arrangements are to be made by "topmodelcast" immediately after receipt of the activation fee. The contract ends automatically without the need of a cancellation. In case of good cooperation, we will extend the duration of the agreement for an indefinite period of time free of charge.
"topmodelcast" try to present the model to its customers for the purpose of professional brochure and catalog advertisements, film and TV productions, product advertisements, and fashion shows. A possible contract (order) following contact mediation is concluded directly between the model and the respective customer of "topmodelcast". Such a contract conclusion between a customer of "topmodelcast" and the model is not at the disposal of "topmodelcast" and can therefore not be guaranteed. As the frequency of orders depends on the demand for the respective type, no concrete information can be provided about this. If the model does not receive any orders due to a lack of demand on the part of the customers of "topmodelcast", this is not within the sphere of influence of "topmodelcast", who is therefore not obliged to any replacement or other service, especially since "topmodelcast" only owes the effort for mediation but not a successful outcome of the mediation.
Offers for bookings of the model are sent to the model directly by the customers of "topmodelcast" via email or chat function. If the model seems an order unacceptable, the model is entitled to decline it without giving reasons. The model can therefore never be obligated to accept an order.
In case the model accepts an order from a customer of "topmodelcast", the model is obliged to fulfill it in the best way possible. If the model does not appear at the agreed appointment - except in case of force majeure (accident, illness) - or appears late, "topmodelcast" is entitled to terminate the respective agreement with immediate effect without giving reasons. An immediate, premature termination of the contract by "topmodelcast" is also possible if the model violates essential provisions of the contract.
The agency "topmodelcast" allows you to work for other modeling agencies as well and you can also accept orders placed there, as well as legitimate orders you have arranged yourself.
The model expressly agrees that his or her photos and data are published for customers of "topmodelcast" on the Internet at www.topmodel-cast.com or of another website operated by "topmodelcast". "topmodelcast", however, undertakes to treat the data of model confidentially and to make them visible only to their customers and in consideration of relevant applicable data protection law.
Provided that it does not pertain to consumer business, all disputes arising from the business relationship with "topmodelcast" shall be settled by the competent court.
By submitting this form, the model declares to have read all the items of the contract and to agree with them.
Collateral agreements and changes to agreements must always be made in writing in order to be valid. This requirement in turn can only be waived in writing.
In case of a successful mediation, no separate agency fee is charged to the model, thus the entire booking fee is paid to the model. The booking fee of the model depends on the respective order. Depending on the day and order, you can expect a booking fee between Euro 400 and Euro 600.
Models under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for the agreed order.
The one-time activation fee for the services listed under §1 is only Euro 100
In case of good cooperation, we will extend the duration of the agreement for an indefinite period of time free of charge. We guarantee that, apart from the one-time activation fee in the amount of Euro 100, no further costs will be charged to you.
The model is responsible for his or her own photo selection. We recommend only highly respectable, flattering or professional photos (photos by professional photographers, commissioned photos, good self-made photos). The model agrees not to present nude photos. Respectable lingerie shots or high-quality bikini photos are of course allowed.
The model undertakes to pay the activation fee for placement through the online portal
www.topmodel-cast.com in the amount of Euro 100 within 14 days following the conclusion of the contract.
The agency "topmodelcast GmbH" undertakes, after receipt of this agency contract immediately begin with the presentation and placement of the model at the model's own request and to completely fulfill all services according to the contract.
Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract negotiated away from business premises within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract. However, the consumer has no right of withdrawal if the agency "topmodelcast" has already begun with the execution of the services according to the contract at the consumer's own request, before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and the services were thereafter completely rendered and the model has already received his or her access data.
In order to exercise his or her right of withdrawal, the consumer must declare his or her withdrawal by means of a clear declaration of withdrawal by mail or email, stating his or her name and address as well as his or her booking code . To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration on time before the expiry of the 14-day period.
